Beth was my coach every years in cross country from my freshman year all the way to my junior year. She was also my track coach for my freshman and sophopmore seasons...

And while G-Wald is very much my coach these days, Beth is still my coach. She can never lose that title because she is about 50% of the reason why I'm as good today as I am (I make up the other 50%...I thought that I should get in on some of that action : )

-Col River HS record holder: 1600m

-Coached 1996 CHS boys to 6th

in state.

-Coached Top three and 9 of top 10

runners on all-time list

-She's a super hero by night, fighting

running crimes and a science

teacher by night.
